Law Dictionaries are in common use the world over. However, to our knowledge, a law Dictionary exclusively dealing with the Services Law had not been attempted. The first Edition of service law dictionary was published in 1993. The Book Was judicially noticed by Andhra Pradesh High Court in Iftekar Ahmed vs. Union Bank of India decided on 19.4.1997.
The language used in the book is simple and free of legal jargon. The present work contains:
