Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged, unless there is a manufacturing/binding defect. On our website all major Credit Cards / Net Banking including VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS are accepted, or you may pay by a Demand Draft in advance or Cash-on-delivery. Goods are dispatched within 1-3 working days. When the goods are to be procured from other sources the dispatch may take 3-4 days longer than usual. Orders within India VPP (Cash on Delivery) (Value Payable Post which attracts 5.5% post office VPMO charges besides postage and forwarding charges, charged by us). All prepaid the orders are sent through Registered Book Post. It usually takes approx. 2-3 working days to reach its destination within Delhi and 5-10 days in major cities of countries well connected by post office network. In remote area or far off areas like North-East, Andaman & Nicobar Islands like areas 10-15 days. SPEED POST / COURIER (Rates on request). Speed Post/Courier delivers within 2-3 days. Bulky packets are sent thru surface courier which may take a longer time.
Rs. 80/-- per 5 kg of books and Rs. 80/- for subsequent 5 kg The above shipping charges have been calculated on the assumption that the book is of average size with the weight of 1 Kg. In case of multi-volume sets, overweight books the charges will be higher and will be charged extra. We will seek your approval before dispatching the books. The charges are for Un-Insured deliveries. If you wish to insure your parcel, you may request us for the same and ask us for appropriate charges against the same.
